评分一览

抹茶评分是一个综合评分，衡量一家店铺对抹茶的专业程度。它不是通用餐厅评分 - 一家店可能食物很棒，但如果抹茶不是重点，抹茶评分会一般。

评分会随着新数据的加入自动重新计算。没有店铺可以通过付费获得高分。也没有店铺会因为不付费而被排除。

Verified-city editorial scoring

Priority cities are reviewed as one ranked set. Every public listing must match its exact business identity and location, carry current source evidence, and have a place-specific verdict. General cafes with no current matcha evidence are removed from the public guide without deleting their records.

The final score is editorial judgment grounded in the evidence below, not a claim that we visited or tasted every place. The decision plan is stored for audit, and temporary closure is kept separate from the evergreen verdict.
